It has unlimited golf included in the golf maintenance fee, 4 tennis courts , 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse that hosts a variety of social activities including card games & monthly social events , manned gate house and on-site management team!

Riverbend and the adjoining development North Passage are on the banks of the beautiful Loxahatchee River as it flows from the largest state park in Florida, Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The golf course architects are Tom and George Fazio.
